The Section of Nephrology at UT MD Anderson seeks two board-eligible/certified nephrologists with expertise in Onconephrology to join our multidisciplinary clinical team at the Assistant Professor level.

Applicants will provide specialized inpatient and outpatient care for patients with cancer-related kidney disease, participate in teaching of fellows/residents, and contribute to clinical or translational research programs.

Requirements

Key qualifications and responsibilities:

• MD or DO with completed nephrology fellowship and demonstrated interest/experience in Onconephrology or related clinical research.
• Provide comprehensive clinical care across inpatient consults and outpatient clinics, collaborate with oncology teams, and supervise trainees.
• Engage in clinical/translational research and quality-improvement initiatives; applicants with a track record or plans for funded research are encouraged to apply.
• Hold or obtain Texas medical licensure and board certification per institutional timelines.
