Description

College Assistant Professor, School of Social Work, College of Health Education and Social Transformation, Global Campus, New Mexico State University, Las Cruces, New Mexico. We currently have 3 positions open. The positions are all full-time, non-tenure track 12-month appointment, starting May 12, 2025.  The positions involve teaching in the BSW and MSW Programs, and providing service to the School, College, University, community, and profession. Requirements

Required competency and skills include synchronous and asynchronous online quality instruction; knowledge of, and adherence to, NASW ethical principles; the ability to positively interact with people of all backgrounds; and engaging diversity within the classroom and in the NMSU community. Preferences include the ability to provide quality instruction, a strong academic record, experience teaching across the social work curriculum, and experience with online course development.
